FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Loretta, Willie, Tim, Faith and
More True American Idols on
GAC's "Country Music Across America"

(NASHVILLE, TENN) March 22, 2007....No panel of judges is needed to confirm the fact that Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Ray Price and Loretta Lynn are, indeed, American idols. And that artists like Tim, Faith and Martina are quickly rising to the ranks. All of these stars and more are featured on this week's "Country Music Across America," Thursday, March 22, 9:00 pm (ET) on Great American Country.

Host dude Storme Warren visited with Loretta Lynn at her Dude Ranch museum outside of Nashville to talk about her still thriving career. "I'm shocked," she said as she looked around the 18,000 square foot shrine. "It's like looking at someone else's life...then I wonder how all my clothes got in here."

Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard and Ray Price have launched a tour to support their new trio effort, The Last of the Breed, and they sat down to chat with Warren about hitting the road. "We're still just three damn rebels," Price joked.

Tim and Faith have announced plans for their Soul 2 Soul 2007 tour with their new sponsor, Jeep. The brand is especially meaningful to the couple since it was in a Jeep in '96 that they took their relationship to the next level. "I don't need anymore details," Warren joked in fear of gaining too much information. "No, you don't," Hill laughed. "Neither does my mama!"

"CMAA" cameras go inside an intimate listening party where Martina McBride shares music from her new album, Waking Up Laughing, with a group of industry friends.

Terri Clark has hit the ground running following a couple of years that found her marrying and divorcing and coping with her mother's battle with cancer. "It's all about priorities," she tells Warren. Clark's new single, "Dirty Girl," has just been released.

While duo Big & Rich have shown their serious side with songs like "Holy Water" and "8th of November," love songs have been uncharted territory. Until now. John Rich talks about the duo's new single, "Lost In This Moment," as well as the future of grass roots movement Muzik Mafia. "We all hit walls. I have, Kenny has, Gretchen has, Cowboy Troy has. That's when one of us calls the other and says 'Hey, I've had enough,'" Rich says. "Then someone says 'Let's get a drink.' That's what the Mafia is, we still support each other."

Mafia member Shannon Brown talks about mini Mafia member, 3 month old son, Tanner. Brown and Warren recently co-hosted her annual boxing and music fundraiser, Ringside: A Fight for Kids, which raises money for the Charley Foundation for sick and troubled youth.

"Country Music Across America" on GAC: the only entertainment news show on television dedicated solely to covering the world of country music.
