GAC's "Country Music Across America"

February 22, 2007....Country stars have long been known for both their big voices and big hearts and this week's episode of "Country Music Across America," (Thursday, February 22, 9:00 pm
EST, Great American Country) features several artists in the front lines of community service.
Host Storme Warren rolled up his sleeve and donated blood before sitting down to chat with recently named American Red Cross celebrity cabinet member Sara Evans. While the promise of free cookies motivated Warren to donate, he also had pal Blake Shelton in tow for moral support as well as to assist with co-hosting duties.
Also this week, Phil Vassar and Rascal Flatts' Jay DeMarcus help a special Make-A-Wish child celebrate the foundation's 500th wish and Darryl Worley shares some Valentine's Day love in the form of a human Valentine involving 1000 volunteers. Coordinated by a Denver-area radio station, the valentine was created for US troops abroad and sent to them via multiple military websites.
Warren sits down with Alan Jackson on the set of his "A Woman's Love" music video shoot and with Toby Keith in the studio. In discussing the balance between faith and creative freedom, Keith says, "I'm not the world's perfect Christian, but I haven't met the world's perfect Christian either."
"CMAA's" UK correspondent, Mark Hagen, catches up with Julie Roberts and Jace Everett during their CMA New From Nashville Tour in London.
