Country) as host Storme Warren hits the slopes and the Slope Side Bar in Steamboat Springs, CO to raise money for cancer research.
The 14th Annual Country in the Rockies Fundraiser took place at the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel this year and while the total amount raised is not yet known, one evening from the 5 day event brought in $207,000. The fans, songwriters and artists found unique ways to get folks to dig deep for The T.J.
Martell Foundation, just ask
Darryl Worley and Country Duo,
Montgomery Gentry. "If we get
the right amount of money
tonight I might shave my beard.
I have all the supplies with
me," stated Montgomery Gentry's
Troy Gentry.

The T.J. Martell Foundation supports innovative research for leukemia, cancer and AIDS. In Nashville, the Foundation supports cancer research at the Frances Williams Preston Labs at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center.
